Do you deliver, set up & pick up?

Yes, we deliver and set up all of our rentals.
All deliveries are done between 8am-11am, and pickups are done between 6-8pm. However, a specific delivery and pick up time can be arranged.

Do you drop off if no one is there?

We do not drop off if no one is present at the location; we will call or text 20 - 30 min prior to dropping off. Must pay an additional $30 to go back to the location. 

Is a deposit required? When is the payment due?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required!

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your event so that we might rent the unit out to another party. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

What should we do to get ready for our bounce rental?

1. Measure and make sure there is enough space for the bounce house. Dimensions for each product are listed on the product page. We recommend at least 1 ft. of extra clearance on all sides.

2. Areas above the bounce house should be cleared of trees, power lines, and other hanging objects.

3. Check whether your outside plug is working or an inside plug where we can run a cord through a window or under a door. We need one electric outlet on separate breakers within 100ft.

4. Ensure the yard is clean and is free of wildlife and debris. We reserve the right to cancel if the setup area does not meet these requirements.


What is the weather policy?

Safety is our number 1 concern! We reserve the right to cancel due to rain, thunderstorm, or winds over 15mph, from 7am to 10pm. If the sky is overcast or there is light rain with no wind, we can still set up bounce houses but cannot pick up under the rain; early pickup may apply if there is 50% or more chance of rain at pickup time from 4 to 10pm.
If you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we have set the bounce house up.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

Reserve at any time! Payment guarantees your spot. You can rent as early 6 months before.

What kind of power is required?

Bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the power cord and ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. The placement of the bounce house should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know, and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

What are my responsibilities during the party?

A responsible adult must be present when the bounce house is being used. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. The contract/liability waiver must be signed for the bounce house to be set up.

Can you provide an attendant to supervise the inflatable.

Yes, we supply attendants that can monitor your rented items for the duration of your event for $30/hr. Attendants are often used to do things like serve concessions or refuel your rented generator.

How many kids in the bounce at once?

Age-appropriate Bouncing: Children bounce together based on age group. 

2-3 years 

4-6 years 

7-10 years 

Max occupancy of 5 bouncers at a time. 

Are food and drinks allowed?

Food and drinks are not allowed because we want to keep kids safe and keep the bounce house clean.

Do I need to take my shoes off inside the bounce house?

Yes, shoes must be taken off on inflatables.

Can I have a party at a park?

Yes, you will first have to get a permit from the city for the party.

Can adults bounce?

No, we want to keep kids safe and protect our bounce houses' integrity.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancellation is not within 24 hours, there is a nonrefunded fee of $100.
